The Mooncup is a safe and eco-friendly alternative to tampons. It is about two inches long and rather than absorbing fluid like a tampon, it collects it. It holds about three times as much as a super-absorbent tampon.

To use: Fold the cup and insert into the vagina like a tampon. Remove, rinse and reuse. It forms a light seal around the vagina which allows fluid to pass into the cup.

The Mooncup is made from medical grade silicone and contains no dyes, toxins or bleaches and is latex free. It can be used overnight, when travelling, swimming or exercising.

A: Suitable for women under 30 who have not given birth or have had a caesarean.
